REQUIREMENT :
  • 2 Years MINIMUM experience with CDL and Clean MVR

KYDS Transportation LLC is aggressively looking to hire experienced Class B (must have a CDL License) truck drivers in the East Atlanta, GA area (Loganville), as well as the Fayetteville area to join our team. You MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience, a clean MVR for the last 2 years, and the ability to demonstrate their skills in maneuvering a manual transmission vehicle is HIGHLY preferred.  Main job responsibilities include hauling paving materials, construction supplies, dirt or other materials to and from various job locations.
 
Qualifications (Please Read Carefully):
  • Minimum of TWO (2) years of related truck driving experience is required. 
  • Maintain a CDL B license.
  • Clean driving record within the last 2 years.
  • Pass DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Strong work ethic.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections, Checks fluid levels, tires, lights, and other controls for safe operation.
  • Keep an accurate log of time on the job and time signed out of the job required for accurate billing.
  • Monitor various gauges during operation of vehicle.
  • Unroll truck tarp to cover loads when required.
  • Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor.
  • Obey applicable laws and follow dispatch instructions.
  • Keep vehicle in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Regular and predictable attendance at assigned job sites at specified times is REQUIRED.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay: Start at $21 but up to $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications; $100 safety bonus after first 90 days (no accidents/traffic violations/safety issues); potential bonuses thereafter.
